Comes as a pendant on an adjustable greek leather thong and presented on a printed information card.
I wore this for the first time and unfortunately the rose quartz has vanished. Taken it as a sign from the universe that maybe the rose wasn't meant for me. Maybe double check to make sure all loops are fully closed. It's unfortunate but crystals vanish for a reason. I did love it though. I still have the other two on there I'm just not going to wear it out.
