Lilith is a symbol of female power. Many feminists see Lilith not only as the "first woman" but the first independent woman, however, some stories also portray Lilith as a demoness. She is dressed in a long flowing gown and wears a horned mask on her head which covers her eyes. A snake rests in her left hand and wraps itself over her arm and around the back of her hips, whilst she gazes into its eyes. Wings dominate her back, which also shows that there is a dark aura surrounding her.
